Born and raised on the small island of Guam, which is where his love for the ocean originates. He is currently based in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico working as an ocean expedition leader, spearfish guide, and photo/videographer. However, his work is not only limited to Baja waters as he has led and assisted expeditions in world class locations such as Maldives and French Polynesia, the list continues to grow.

Philip has always had a keen eye for visual story telling through the lens of a camera and has worked on many successful projects. With 7 years of photo and cinematography experience, his goal is to work with brands that have a positive impact on the ocean and environment
